Measuring Device WORK

I am building designer and general contractor and have found Moasure to be an amazing tool. After practicing for about 3 hours in my yard / house, I've already measured 3 interior floorplans and 4 site plans. The interior measurements with Wall Mode are brilliant - it quickly records wall planes as well as perpendicular door or window openings. It easily cut my time for interior measurements of existing conditions in half. Combined with my laser tape measure, I can significantly reduce the time spent measuring. The exterior site measurements are equally impressive - because all data is 2D and 3D, I save having to set up a laser level to measure grades / elevations on a building site. Moasure will reduce the need for sending my surveyor on site to get topo information for building sites. Overall I'm very impressed with Moasure's capabilities and will no doubt be using it on every job in the future.

The Moasure has seriously changed the way we are able to complete our quotes by accurately measuring the space. As a landscaping business we come across all kinds of awkward shaped spaces so by having the trace line, straight line, angle functions as well as many others just makes everything much smoother.

The tool is very useful! Have had the tool for roughly a month and have loved every second. Made evaluating jobs and collecting measurements easier and efficient. I am excited to become more familiar with the device over time. Will be purchasing more in the future for employees!

I use this for estimating fencing and landscaping jobs. Depending on the size of the project, this is a lot faster than eveny wheel measuring tool. The automatic area calculation speeds up material quantity estimates considerably, especially on odd shaped areas. I would definitely recommend. I have 2 devices for myself and the other estimator at my company.

There is a learning curve, but the app is great and the device seems to work great. My lead estiamtor just used it on a large sod job and our measurements differed 1500 sq ft between wheel and moasure. Needless to say moasure was accurate.

Love the Device, cuts my measuring and design time down to a minimum. Very Accurate. And I love how light and easy it is to carry around. Great tool! Our company bought a second and we will most likely buy a couple more in the near future!

A measuring instrument is a device to measure a physical quantity. In the physical sciences, quality assurance, and engineering, measurement is the activity of obtaining and comparing physical quantities of real-world objects and events. Established standard objects and events are used as units, and the process of measurement gives a number relating the item under study and the referenced unit of measurement. Measuring instruments, and formal test methods which define the instrument's use, are the means by which these relations of numbers are obtained. All measuring instruments are subject to varying degrees of instrument error and measurement uncertainty. These instruments may range from simple objects such as rulers and stopwatches to electron microscopes and particle accelerators. Virtual instrumentation is widely used in the development of modern measuring instruments.

In the past, a common time measuring instrument was the sundial. Today, the usual measuring instruments for time are clocks and watches. For highly accurate measurement of time an atomic clock is used.Stopwatches are also used to measure time in some sports.

This could include chemical substances, rays of any kind, elementary particles, and quasiparticles. Many measurement devices outside this section may be used or at least become part of an identification process. For identification and content concerning chemical substances, see also Analytical chemistry, List of chemical analysis methods, and List of materials analysis methods.

The most striking disadvantage of most apex locators is that if there are electrolytes in the canal the meter shows a reading which is too short or sometimes the measurement itself becomes impossible. To overcome this drawback, a new concept for electrically measuring the root canal length has been developed. The device simultaneously measures two impedances of the canal using current sources with two different frequencies. Then the ratio between the two electric potentials proportional to each impedance is calculated. The quotient is shown on the device's meter and represents the position of a file tip in the canal. The present study found that the quotient was only negligibly influenced by the electrolyte present in the canal and decreased considerably as the file tip approached the apical foramen.

Estimating the size of a lesion in the GI tract can have a significant impact on treatment decisions. Imagine being able to verify the size of a defect down to a millimeter. The Napoleon Endoscopic Measuring Device is a tiny ruler designed to sit next to a lesion in endoscopic view so you can accurately gauge its size. The device lays perpendicular to the delivery catheter for easy visualization.

The document linked below contains a listing of all weighing and measuring devices that have been approved for commercial use in New York State. It covers Certificates of Approval from number 5470 to number 10065 issued from January 14, 1985 through March 16, 2018.

The new AlphaOne - the combination of precision and flexibility. With the compact and simultaneously highly precise measuring device for cross section measurements of cables and hoses, you receive new possibilities in your quality assurance process.

The Custom Contour Measuring Instrument (CCMI) is used to measure custom DonJoy Defiance and Defiance III braces. The device takes into account fourteen separate anatomical reference points from the patient's leg indicating thigh and calf circumference, thigh and calf contours, as well as knee width and varus/valgus.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is responsible for monitoring the accuracy of Florida's gas pumps, scales, price scanners, and other commercial weighing and measuring devices to promote a fair and equitable marketplace and protect consumers.

A "legal-for-trade" scale is one that meets the requirements of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Handbook 44, 2006 Edition[ ] and is approved by the National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP). "Legal-for-trade" devices will have an accuracy class designation, the most common being class III or III L. This designation will be on the scale, usually on the serial plate.

Sellers of such devices must assure the buyer that the device meets the requirements of NIST Handbook 44, 2006 Edition[ ] and is approved by the NTEP. These scale sales and service companies are usually (but not always) registered with the state to sell and repair commercial scales. If you have any doubts as to whether the scale you are going to purchase is legal, please contact FDACS at (850) 921-1590 for assistance.

At this time there is no charge for a state inspection of a device. A registered scale company may charge a fee for this service or include the service when you purchase a scale from the company. It is our goal to inspect all newly placed-in-service devices within 30 days of notification, but if owners wish to begin legal use prior to inspection by FDACS, a registered scale company may place the device into service. An FDACS inspector will still inspect the scales.

Please note, however, that there is a charge for permitting scales and other measuring devices used in commerce in Florida. All weighing and measuring devices must be permitted prior to use. If you have any permitting questions or wish to begin the permitting process, please contact our Weights and Measures Permitting Section at (850) 921-1590.

There is no expiration on the length of time for which an approval seal is good. An inspector in your area will inspect and test the device periodically to determine its accuracy and suitability for continued commercial use. 041b061a72
